As an Information Technology (IT) Engineer, you will work to ensure that IT projects, preventative maintenance, and emergent operational and security related issues are monitored and addressed. You will administer Company IT hardware and digital assets; monitor and maintain IT task and project lists. Perform IT Help Desk functions supporting the business and manufacturing operations, addressing employee questions and troubleshooting, minimizing down time.


You will also function as the liaison to the company’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) and vendors to monitor open projects to make sure goals, functionally and deadlines are met. Maintain and manage IT documentation, including policies, asset security, patching/updates, and changes in infrastructure configuration to deliver long term value to business operations. You will also provide informational reports and project costs to stakeholders regarding asset status; to help with the development of technology goals and planning of future needs.

 


What we are seeking:


• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in an IT related field
• Critical thinking to identify a problem to determine the best way to resolve it.
• Experience in project management and working with multidisciplinary teams to maintain IT systems and resources.
• Experience with internet and network security protocols.
• Knowledge of computer networks and server hardware.
• Written and verbal communication with team members and supervisors with a focus on clarity and definition of actionable next steps
• Proficient using: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Server, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Asure and VMware Sphere.

As a Machinist at Marten Machining, you will be involved in many manufacturing processes.  Your number one responsibility will be setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts meeting customer specifications.  Machinists verify their work by completing in-process inspection measurements and utilizing support from our Quality department and Metrology Lab.  Machinists take ownership of their steps in the production process and are entrusted with striving for continual improvement.  Our culture is focused on producing complex precision parts with highly technical requirements for global applications, which ensures a continually engaging work experience.

What we are seeking:

  • Passion for machining and attention to detail
  • Craftmanship in work
  • Associate degree, or technical diploma in manufacturing related field, preferred
  • Competence in use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometer, dial indicators)
  • Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) concepts
  • Commitment to continual improvement
  • Ability to accurately document processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

As a Quality Technician at Marten Machining, you will support production and quality control functions as they relate to customer requirements. Providing insight to machinists so that part conformity is maintained, you will use inspection data and perform visual inspection to identify trends and maintain manufacturing data.  You will also have the chance to operate our Vision coordinate measuring machines (VCMM) to setup programs that measure parts for in-process and final part inspection. Maintaining vendor records that comply with ISO 9001 standards and validating all necessary processes have been completed to release parts to shipping will also be your responsibility.

What we are seeking:

  • Experience with manufacturing process along with attention to detail
  • Associate degree or technical diploma in a related field
  • Skills that use and interpret Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) concepts
  • Experience with root-cause analysis and deductive reasoning
  • Proficient using basic manual measuring tools for inspection
  • Familiarity with accurately documenting manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Support of continual improvement
