Manufacturing Capabilities

With over 12 years of experience programming and machining with fully integrated five axis Hermle machining centers Marten Machining has the ability to machine a wide range of part types and sizes to tolerances less than .0001” The compliment of a Charmilles wire EDM and a Hardinge Super Precision lathe completes the capabilities of the facility for precision in multiple machining processes. The capability to run parts unattended and the modular setup of Marten Machining's pallet changing robot cells allows for the automated machining centers to be setup for small and medium production quantities but also for parts in small quantities so that delivery lead time can be minimized.
